Always a solid experience everytime I go. Price point as food quality is amazing. Plus the pepper/pickle bar has a great selection to enhance your bbq experience!
Food was okay! Not terrible just not my preferred taste.
Bread was good, but sweet - 2 slices of plain white bread would've been better. Sausage was great, wish that & the sauce were a bit more spicy. Mac & cheese was great, good portion as well! Corn on the cob was great. Also this huge drink was only $1.75, really great price for the size. Banana pudding was very meh. There were 2 wafers & one banana slice, the rest was pudding, wasn't worth the $3.50 in my opinion. Would definitely come back & try something new though
We all know that it's a luxury to eat BBQ. The portions given was responsible.
Food was great! Broccoli and cheese was real good!
The service was phenomenal felt like I was Royalty. I was even given a piece of their brisket to taste and it was delightful!
Thank you for the wonderful service. Looking forward to bringing my entire family.
We were driving ready and urgently needed sustenance. My Wife wanted fast food. I said we're in BBQ country. That's what I'm eating. A quick look at which places were not out of the way brought us here. I did not have high hopes. It looked meh. We were both surprised at how delicious the meats me side dishes were. I had brisket and Eleanor had pulled pork. Both delicious.
Small quiet family friendly and the food is worth every penny. My husband is picky about his BBQ and I'm picky about everything else. Neither of us could find anything to complain about. Attention to detail with moist but fully cooked chicken, links with perfect amount of kick, sauces sweet but not diabetic- thick not runny, even soft dinner rolls. GREAT customer service makes this our new go to when we visit again
I was starving, and BBQ sounded like a great option. I was greeted as soon as I entered. I noticed the clean, Texas Style decor. I loved the menu because they had lots of food options. 2 or 3 meat combos, baked potato options, frito pies, kid meals, and family meals. I ordered the 3 meat combo. I had brisket, ribs, smoked sausage, broccoli and cheese casserole, green beans, baked beans, potato salad, banana pudding.. I told yall I was starving.
All three meats were delicious. Smoked just right. You don't really need the BBQ sauce, but the sauce goes well with the meat. The broccoli and cheese casserole was good. The green beans could use a little salt, but it is decent. The beans have brisket in it. It was tasty as well. I don't eat potato salad, so I had my daughter try it. She said it was good but had a lot of mustard in it. The banana pudding was ok. I would prefer more wafers.
Overall, it was a good experience. If you have people visiting you from another state that's never tried Texas BBQ, you can bring them to this restaurant.
Wife and I both ordered 2 meat combos, which are more reasonably priced than anywhere else. I had brisket and bologna, wife had chicken and ribs. All were good. Sides were typical of a bbq place and were ok. The rolls were great. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. Would definitely eat here again and would recommend you try it out.
This falls under my list of go to BBQ places for brisket. I'm very picky about brisket but this placed delivered well.
It very comparable to Risckys, Hurtados and all the other places that make good brisket. Will be back.
